Regulation Style

Regulation Style describes how a person currently manages emotion, reflection, tension, uncertainty, and response pacing.

How to read it

The result label summarizes the current regulation pattern. The supporting score is shown on a 0 to 10 scale and determines the status indicator.

Why it matters

The model uses Regulation Style to adjust reflection depth, emotional pacing, challenge level, and the amount of support offered during sensitive or complex moments.

Important boundary

Regulation Style is not a mental health diagnosis. It is a private model-foundation signal used to make the system’s responses safer, calmer, and better paced.
